My items were lost/damaged in transit, what do I do?
For lost packages, please email CustomerService@granitesupplements.com and provide order name and/or order number. If the tracking number shows the order is lost, a replacement will be shipped out at no cost to the customer.
For damaged products, please email CustomerService@granitesupplements.com and provide the order name and/or order number as well as photos of the damaged product. If damage is due to shipping issues, a claim will be filed, so photos will be needed. Once the cause of damage is determined, a replacement will be shipped out at no cost to the customer.
