At the young age of 8 I started running outside. I never liked sitting still and this was a way for me to get rid of pent up emotions. I started reading and watching anything I could on how to become a good athlete. On Saturday mornings I’d watch Tybo and other television fitness instructors and remember thinking, “I want my body to look like I know how to push the limits.”

The never ending pursuit to get through hardships you weren’t sure you’d overcome. I’ve taken it upon myself to be my own inspiration. Other people that have inspired and mentored me include John Meadows and Josh Bryant (Jailhouse Strong), both of them don’t come from much and paved their own way and are both people who bring out the best in others.

I never know the limit of what I can achieve so I like to push it as I tend to surprise myself

I’ve always loved various supplements and took interest in learning more about them and how they could help. When I made it a goal to get on a supplement team as an athlete, I wanted to be with a brand that aligned with my own vision.

John Meadows was someone I’ve looked up to over the years as both an athlete and the way he conducts business. When he reached out to me to join the team in 2021 I couldn’t believe it! A dream come true! I’ve made lifelong friends on the Granite team and have been able to have a big say in their products. Myself, clients, friends and family all proudly use Granite’s products.
