About Chris

As a tall and skinny kid from Long Island, I started lifting to become a better athlete. Over time, I fell in love with bodybuilding and the process of daily improvement. Inspired by the classic physiques of the golden and silver eras, I’m always driven to train harder and become the best version of myself.

Q&A for me

What sparked your interest in fitness?

As a tall and skinny kid, I first started lifting to get bigger and stronger so I could be an overall better athlete. After years of working out I realized that I liked the training part better than actually playing the sports. I started to fall in love with bodybuilding and getting better each day.

I would find myself researching bodybuilding and looking at the pictures in the magazines online and I was absolutely hooked and never looked back!

Who or what inspires you the most?

What inspires me most is the classic physiques from the golden and silver era.

What’s your ultimate cheat meal?

Have to go with a nice bacon burger and sweet potato fries from the Cheesecake Factory… and loads of bread.

What’s your proudest accomplishment?

My proudest accomplishment is not only my competitive history but the consistency I have shown over my 9+ years of training.

Although not always perfect, I love learning every single day and trying to improve.

What motivates you to keep going?

Just the pursuit to be the best version of yourself is motivation alone. I want to train harder each day and improve week to week.

In what ways has Granite Nutrition impacted your life?

I have been an athlete for Granite since 2020 and never looked back. I have looked up to and followed John Meadows philosophy on training and nutrition since I started taking bodybuilding seriously. He was one of the greatest mentors and beloved by the fitness industry. I wanted to represent a company that the owner was respected and intelligent and had quality products to reflect that. Granite has not only helped me reach my goals but everyone I have recommended to use them as well.
