I've been passionate about fitness since I was a kid, boxing and learning the basics of training early on. My dad was a bodybuilder, and that sparked my love for lifting. Two people who have always inspired me are Louie Simmons and John "Mountain Dog" Meadows.

Q&A for me

What sparked your interest in fitness?

I started boxing when I was 5 and learned early about push ups, jump rope and jogging, but my dad was a bodybuilder when I was really young and I believe that’s what really sparked my interest!

Who or what inspires you the most?

It was honestly two people who really inspired me along the way and got me excited about training hard! (Louie Simmons) and (John mountain dog Meadows)

What’s your ultimate cheat meal?

For a cheat meal I either want a huge burger and fries, or sushi, a lot of it!

What’s your proudest accomplishment?

I have two honestly! One was at 193.8 pounds. I did a 487 raw bench press at york barbell in a meet and all of the peoples lives that I change everyday through health and fitness!

What motivates you to keep going?

I genuinely love lifting weights, but honestly what keeps me going are the changes that I make in other people and I know that I have to lead by example, so I just grind!!

In what ways has Granite Nutrition impacted your life?

Granite Supplements has not only impacted my life through all of its supplements, but has changed my life because of what the company stands for and does for all of the people around it! I have more energy, I recover faster than I ever have, my joints don’t hurt anymore and overall I’m able to run and play with my two girls because of Granite!
